SCOPE OF WORK TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL OVERHEAD RAPID ROLL-UP DOOR

1. One (1) overhead rapid roll-up door is to be installed in the entry opening of the existing

bus washer.

2. Provide and install industrial type, heavy-duty rapid roll-up coiling overhead door,

including all required structural modifications and electrical connections.

3. New door is to be a fabric type with a full width clear vision panel. Color of door to be

orange, or approved equal by Project Manager.

4. Approximate size of door

12’-11” High x 12’-0” Wide

5. Perform a detailed inspection of the existing Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and

Electrical work at the locations relative to the door areas.

6. Submit to SEPTA a complete set of Shop Drawings for approval.

7. See attached Specification F-M-05-21 for complete requirements for Rapid Roll-up

Coiling Overhead Door replacement.

Note: This contract does not

pertain to Steel Overhead Coil-up Doors, Section

08331.

8. The Supplier shall provide SEPTA Operations and Maintenance personnel with a

minimum of two (2) hours of training (excluding travel time) on the operation and

maintenance of the equipment supplied.

9. Provide Albany Door Systems model 670 rapid roll-up door, or approved equal by

Project Manager.
